Spray Foam Mentor
About

A mentorship built by people who've sat across the table from SPF contractors for years

SprayFoamMentor.com is a personal, 1:1 mentorship program for spray polyurethane foam contractors — built and run by Contractors Choice Agency, a business that has worked alongside SPF companies nationwide for years. We're not a certification body, not an equipment manufacturer, and not a franchise selling a system. We're a mentorship relationship, one contractor at a time.

Where this comes from

Pattern recognition, not theory.

Contractors Choice Agency has spent years insuring, meeting with, and talking shop with spray foam contractors across the country — small owner-operators, growing multi-crew shops, and everything in between. That vantage point makes one thing obvious: the businesses that break through a plateau almost always have someone experienced in their corner. The ones that stall usually don't.

This mentorship exists to be that person for you. Your mentor has been around SPF crews, job sites, pricing conversations, and the operational grind of running a contracting business long enough to recognize the pattern you're in — and to give you a straight, experience-based read on what actually moves the needle next.

How we work

Three principles

Experience-based, not theoretical

Guidance comes from time actually spent around SPF crews, job sites, and business owners — not a generic business-coaching script applied to any trade.

Built around your business

There's no fixed curriculum. Every call, visit, and audit is scoped to what your business needs right now, not a syllabus written for a hypothetical contractor.

Direct, no sugar-coating

You're paying for an honest read, not encouragement. If something in your business isn't working, you'll hear that plainly — along with what to do about it.

See if this mentorship is a fit

Tell us where your business is stuck — one crew that won't turn into two, pricing that never feels right, a business you built but don't enjoy running anymore — and we'll set up an intro call.
